Feeding system: Different Types
Gravity Feeder, Single OR Double Scree Feeder,
Single OR Double Vibro Feeder, Belt Feeder system,
with pneumatically driven cut-off gate, to regulate the coarse and dribble feed.
Final closing position to avoid product wastage to the weighing bucket.
Weighing system:
The weighing is made by means of Three load cells mounted on the weigher frame. The load cells are joinedto the weighing bucket by means of braces.
Weighing bucket:
Built in stainless steelwith the appropriate capacity according to the product density. Discharge by bottomopening, driven by a pneumatic cylinder.

Weighing Operations
The weighing cycle commences with the material flowing into the Net Weigher at the Full feed rate, as soon asthe pre-set full flow weight is reached the feed changes to a dribble feed. When the selected unit weight is obtained, the dribble feed stops and the Net Weigher discharges the weighment. On completion of thedischarge, the Net Weigher doors close, activating proximity switch which signals to the module to,
commenced new weighing cycle.
The module compares the selected nominal value and the actual value derived from the load cells to control theautomatic weighing cycle.
